Cancellation & No-Show Policy

PLEASE RESPECT YOUR GROOMING APPOINTMENT TIME.

Arriving 15 minutes late will result in being charged $20. This fee must be paid before another appointment can be rescheduled. 

Arriving 10 minutes late after notification of ready status without confirming an extension will result in being charged $1/minute.

 

CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOW

Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will not result in a fee. I understand that life happens, and I appreciate your timely notice.

 

Less than a 24-hour cancellation notice will result in being charged $35. This fee

must be paid before another appointment can be rescheduled.
